Shipping Policy

Here At SimplyHerr Shop, we take pride in our fast processing and shipping times. 

SimplyHerr offers free shipping on all US orders! with a purchase of $75+

Where is my order? Orders will be shipped out within 3-5  business days after placing an order and typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive or even sooner :)  (US orders)

(A reminder that business days are 9am- 5pm Monday through Friday).

 After the item(s) have been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that you provided during checkout. If you have any tracking inquiries please contact USPS so they can best serve you. 

If your order is returned due to an insufficient address that was provided during checkout we will reach out to you via email. For you to receive your package you must purchase a shipping label that will be provided to you in the email. 

USPS DELAYS Occasionally USPS can have delays in delivery. We are NOT responsible for any delays on USPS part. If your tracking number states your package was delivered and you do not have the package, contact your local USPS for help! They are great about assisting you in locating your package if you call your LOCAL USPS directly

Cancellations are only accepted up to 12 hours after the order is placed. 

What if something is damaged? If your item does arrive damaged, contact us ASAP! at [email protected] If something is damaged upon arrival, you have 24hrs to contact us please do so to better assist you. Email us and please include your order number and photos of the broken item(s). Photos are required in order to receive a refund or a replacement! SimplyHerr is not responsible if the customer drops and/or damages their item(s)

Package Sent Back?  When filling out at check out you must include your FULL address, don't forget your house/apt/unit/etc.

SimplyHerr is not responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by the consumer.

If an address mistake is made before a consumer receives their confirmation email they still have the opportunity to fix and correct their address by contacting us at  [email protected] The Consumer has 12 hours to reach out, otherwise, there's no further action that can be done to resolve the issue.

International Shipping? As of now we Do Not offer WORLDWIDE SHIPPING yet stay tuned!!
