FAQ's

When will my order be shipped? Orders will be shipped out within 3-5  business days after placing an order and it typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive or even sooner :) We ship via USPS *(US ORDERS)

(A reminder that business days are 9am- 5pm Monday through Friday).

 We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect mailing addresses, or any orders that need to be rushed AFTER you purchase. Please contact us BEFORE purchase, if you need an order rushed, to make sure we can accommodate that date.

When will my preorder be shipped? Preorders ship in 1-2 weeks! Please be patient I know you're excited :)

Can I cancel my order? Cancellations are only accepted up to 12 hours after the order is placed. 

My order is showing as delivered, but I have not received it yet. What do I do? If your order states that it is delivered but you haven't received it please wait up to 7 business days to see if your package arrives.

I waited 7 business days and my order still hasn't arrived, what do I do? If it doesn't arrive please reach out to UPS or USPS so they can better assist you! Unfortunately, I am unable to resend your order. 

Do you accept returns or exchanges? Due to COVID-19 I will not be accepting any returns or exchanges.

Is your glassware dishwasher safe? Hand washing is recommended! Every glassware order includes our care card that further explains how to properly care for your glasses! 

What size is the glass? 16 oz.

I need to change my shipping address, what do I do? Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and the new address you would like your package to be delivered to! 

I received damaged items, what do I do? If something is damaged upon arrival, you have 24hrs to contact us please do so ASAP! to better assist you. Email us [email protected]  and please include your order number and photos of the broken item(s). Photos are required in order to receive a refund or a replacement! Thank you for understanding :)

Do you do custom Orders We are currently taking custom orders please email us [email protected] to inquire
